I love a long foot soak and massage. This morning, I woke up at 4am (unplanned) and decided to meditate while soaking my feet in Epsom salt and black tea. This week has been horrible on my heels. I am terribly sore. While they are not usually stinky, any excuse to play with tea, works for me. The tannins in black tea is known to help with reducing the overproduction of sweat, which reduces smelly feet. If you have smelly or overly sweaty feet, you may want to try soaking them regularly in black tea. I just like soaking in tea, because I like using tea for multiple purposes: cooking, drinking, soaking, face masks, crafts, etc. The actual benefit, is just a cherry on top for me.
